Welcome to Arcā Pilates, a small but heartfelt studio space in Hackney, created for women who want to move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive community.
Founded and run by just one pair of hands, I created Arcā Pilates with one simple belief, that mindful movement should feel accessible, empowering, and deeply grounding no matter your experience level.
Our women-only mat classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, each session blends strength, flow, and breath to help you build confidence, find balance, and feel more at home in your body.
At Arcā, there’s no pressure, just a friendly, inclusive space to move with intention and feel supported every step of the way. I’m so excited to welcome you to the mat and grow this little community together!

The studio was absolutely lovely and cozy, with curtains to cover the windows looking into the studio and a door lock. The music was fantastic and our instructor was absolutely the most kindest and brilliant person. Wonderful conversation and she really pushes you, even in beginner classes! I was initially nervous but she made my first time absolutely amazing. Definitely will go again!
